Danijel Alpha is not new to the scene, in a matter of fact he was one of few pioneers that brought electronic dance music to Stockholm in the late 80s. Working as a deejay since the mid 80s, Danijel had already established his name in the Swedish capital. Many refer him to one of the true inspirations to get involved in dance music, among these you will find legendary producers as Cari Lekebush, Adam Beyer and Joel Mull.

Full of influence of the European scene, Danijel formed a plan to promote the new dance music to the Scandinavian crowd. In 92 Danijel got an offer to hook up with one of Germanys biggest agency to start touring abroad. After a few years on the international circuit, Danijel decided to move to Berlin to make his tours around Europe more accessible. The move ended up with a residency at the legendary techno club, Tresor. During this time, Danijel produced tracks and remixes under various monikers for different labels and headlined events together with names such as Laurent Garnier, Jeff Mills, Dave Clarke and Sven Väth.

In year 2000 Danijel moved back to Stockholm where he became a father of three beautiful little children. After a few years in the Swedish capital he has now relocated to the beautiful island of Koh Phangan in Thailand where he has a residency at the famous ”Jungle Experience” open air event that takes place twice a month. With the new label ”Weyland-Yutani” under his belt and a production studio he’s now establishing the next chapter in his musical mission. To share the music he once fell in love with and kept him on a constant missionthe to the Southeast Asian scene.

Danijel has one unique skill that are not seen in many DJs of today, he is as comfortable with any media no matter if it’s vinyl, cd or laptop. A true vinyl wizard and selector of tunes. His musical range reaches from House to Techno and everything in between.
