When you take 2 artists with over 25 years combined experience, who are both multi-talented musicians and then the fall in love you have a combination that exudes sincerity, passion and a message that can be seen and felt by all those who encounter them.
Lori J. Ward, the fierce lady behind flavorite music and T.Orlando whose studio knowledge and sound quality is now ranking with the top producers in world have branched out and created a project that is modern and refreshing. Both having similar tastes but coming from different musical backgrounds their fusion takes a piece of the genres close to their hearts and creates the da’flave sound.
‘Hip Hope’ is the genre they call their trip-hop’ish style tracks when Lori has transformed into a male rapper by pitching her voice low. The other side is a cinema style dramatic fusion of breaks, guitars and innovation. In these tracks Lori creates a smooth sound combined with a deep mysterious echo.
Their first album will be released this year along with their first film score for TIFF in May. ‘Light as a Feather is the name of their album with over and hour of goodness. Stay tuned for more!
