Robbert Vellekoop better known as D-velro is a Young DJ and Producer from The Netherlands. He was born in Amersfoort, back in 1994. He became interested in Dj'ing by watching a Dj at his own school party, and from there he started looking for way's to spin tracks himself. At his 14th birthday he got his own DJ set and started practicing At the age of 15 he was playing at some local school party’s and on the local radio. Later on he was asked to play at more party’s like ‘Zomer Plaatjes’, ‘Eclectica Meets Urban house’ and ‘CandyFlirtz’. After playing on all these party’s he wanted to produce his own tracks so he could spin his own piece of music.. First, he started making some Mash-ups and bootlegs and after a while he started making his own tracks.
On the 24th of december 2011, his First track came out on Dutch star records. The track is called ‘Ace High’ wich immediately hitted spot #35 in the Dance-tunes.com electro top 100 and on the 18th of March 2012 his second track came out called ‘Carolina’ wich gained support from names like: Vato Gonzalez, Mike mazu, Rishi Romero, Selwyn Donia (Radio Decibel) and many more dj’s. Also his bootleg of Gotye - Somebody That I Used To Know, together with eyedentity got supported by Radio 538
