Between here and nowhere is a concept album build around a short story. A music addicted scientist (vague resembling our artist) is dreaming of constructing and using a time machine. All tunes have a certain meaning within this story, which`s intention is not to be proven as being specifically logical or usefull – it`s a dream! Little sound sequences in between the tunes accompany the use of the time machine. There`s a video for the tune Star Calculator playing around with the motives of the dreams. More videos are to follow.

Drifting away into a dream. The alarm clock rings but the scientist does not wake up. (Intro) In his dream he is working on a time machine and tries to get it finished. He wants to be quick and get`s hectic. The tension is rising. He wants to be faster and faster. Then finally – it works! (Rush) Spontaniously our scientist decides to use the time machine and to travel into the past. He sees the world slowly passing by. (Spinning Earth) Arriving in the year of his birth our scientist is witnessing Disco and the birth of House music. What a revelation! (1976) This inspiration forces him to move back into the future to discover new music and new civilisations. (New Civilisation) The stars help him calculate his journey. But he has gone too far and needs to return. (Star Calculator) This is leading him into turbulences. (Turbulences) He needs to hold on for a moment for positioning. Time drops are passing by. (Time Drops) Our scientists realizes that he got lost between here and nowhere, constantly moving backward and forward in time. The only constant to rely on is the music. (Between Here And Nowhere) He comes to the conclusion that the only thing that counts is the presence and that the future will come anyway. (The Future Will Come) Finding his way home he finally wakes up on his sofa, the headphones still on. (Home Sweet Home) Someone somewhere is listening to classical music. (Nostalgia)
