Wow. I just. I don't know that much about music, I barely listen to it recreationally, even, but this just sounded so professional! The transitions between the different "tracks" (parts? movements?) were seamless enough that the piece sounded coherent as a whole, but I still got the sense of the varying emotions throughout. The music itself really appeals to me. I'm pretty sure I'd add this to my library even if it wasn't inspired by Sherlock, because this song (composition? study?) is just gorgeous.

This is flawless in every sense of the word. I bow down to your musical prowess. Seriously, if I could play piano half as well as you can, I would feel like a prodigy. Brilliant, brilliant work.

Oh, you know how much I love you. This is fantastic! The use of chromatisism was so well placed, the pace and the varied dynamics were beautiful. I really loved the "He Was My Friend" section, it had an almost nursery rhyme-like innocence to it, which had such a wonderful contrast to the other parts of the piece. I found the section where the river takes his body was incredibly moving, because your chord progression was spot on. Musically, this is excellent, but in terms of the way it makes you feel, it is outstanding. You have a real talent <3
