Crosstalk is an avant-jazz group from Seattle, Washington. Our music revolves around tuneful compositions that frame exciting and thoughtful improvisations. Our inspiration includes the music of jazz musicians like Michael Moore and Louis Sclavis, composers as diverse as Charles Ives, John Luther Adams, and John Cage, as well as improviser-composers such as Wadada Leo Smith, Anthony Braxton, and Milford Graves.
