About
Peter Amsel studied composition while studying at the University of Ottawa with Steven Gellman. As a student he won the Society of Composer's Authors and Music Publishers Award for Young Composers twice in one year, and went on to write for some truly incredible musicians, including viola soloist Rivka Golani who commissioned a solo sonata which she premiered with the Espace Musique Concert Society.
Currently Peter is releasing his debut album, "Music from the Inner Voice", which will be available after August 15, 2010 (more information is available at his homepage, http://crazycomposer.ca). The set of pieces here on SoundCloud is a collection of extended samples from the album.
