In the few years since the birth of the project, Solo is a name that is already written into the fabric of electronic music. This prodigious rise to prominence for the UK-via-Rome musician should not come as a surprise to anyone that has heard his music. Bringing his unique musical vision to everything he does, his list of achievements already exceeds what most musicians could hope to achieve in a lifetime. From releasing with revered labels like Dirtybird, Sound Pellegrino and Deadfish, to remixing the likes of Underworld and Depeche Mode to his residency at internationally renowned club fabric, Solo’s inimitable sound continues to send ripples through the music community.

Now, Solo is embarking upon his next venture with the unveiling of his new label, Congaloid. Born out of Solo’s steadfast desire to unearth the best in new music, the imprint is the latest manifestation of his indefatigable creative spirit. With Congaloid, Solo will be able to fully articulate his own label paradigm in which every aspect of the label is approached with equal care and attention. As well as allowing Solo the opportunity to take complete artistic control of his music, this is a chance for him to build a platform through which to expose some of incredible talent that he comes across on his travels and give it a voice amongst the tidal waves of new music that flood the internet on a daily basis.
