DJing for the past twelve years playing all over N.I., Con Phillips has supported some of the worlds biggest DJ's including Giuseppe Ottaviani, Simon Patterson, Ferry Corsten & Scot Project to name a few.
He holds an impressive gig portfolio which has seen him rocking the crowds at some of the countries top venues such as Club Soi (Traks), Club 4M, and Robinsons Belfast as well as regular gigs on the party island of Ibiza and at Planetlove festival.
Con's DJing style varies from soft, progressive to tough, driving trance with his sets incorporating his own unique mash ups and re-edits both pre performance and on the fly.
On the production front Con is an emerging local talent in trance and is currently studying a HND in music production. His music has caught the attention of some major players in the scene with support from John O'Callaghan, Neal Scarborough, Sneijder, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Aly & Fila, Scot Project & Ashley Wallbridge.
Con's debut original track "Vector" released on Nukleuz, shot straight into the trackitdown.net trance chart, peaking at number 17 in June 2011 with follow ups such as Varanasi & Shiva airing worldwide on various radio shows including GO on Air, A State of Sundays, Future Sound of Egypt & John O'Callaghan's Subculture.
Testimonials:
NUKLEUZ:
“Con Phillips makes his debut Nukleuz appearance with a scorching trancer that shows off his studio and club prowess expertly and immediately makes it clear why he is one of the hottest names to watch out for.”
STUART MILLAR (BBC Radio One):
"Con has been sending me a lot of productions recently, more so than other producer and each one gets better and better. He seems to understand what works on a dancefloor with his arrangements and production techniques, so its safe to say these aren't rushed - he is an efficient producer and fast learner. In addition he gets the technical aspect of producing and engineering, which shows to me that he is in it for the long haul. So if you see his name on a single, remix or a bootleg, it is worth a listen."
JOHN GIBBONS (Club Educate):
“Definitely a name to look out for, now and in the future.”

"There must be something in the black stuff, as Con Phillips is the latest name to join the Northern Irish trance pack royalty. 'Vector' is his debut on UK label Nukleuz and its an absolute stormer. Big room soaring riffs and a rumbling bottom end, it gives more than a nod to the past and speaks with an international tongue."
PLANETLOVE:
"Con is one of the hottest rising production stars in the province."
NEAL SCARBOROUGH:
"An emerging Irish talent who I expect to hear a lot more from."
SNEIJDER:
"A rising producer in Northern Ireland"
NU COMMUNICATE RECORDS
"Con is well known for impressively produced productions. This track has superb use of skills, driving baseline and great use of synths. There is clearly passion behind this production."
