Fascinating rhythm… Heavy, dark, the soundwalls I love so much – like, I guess, everybody around here… and free and energetic sax playing, kind of Zen Allstars. Congratulation to a truly worthy celebration of your 100th track and may many more follow!!!!!

Nice mood, very consolating… more Indigo than Zen, and I would be interested in a collab that gives your sax skills even more room. (Dialoguewise.) Nevertheless, a worthy endeavour.

@Tuonela: I'll try to get ahead! Perhaps I'm over-critical as far as my compositions are concerned, but somehow I really want to write pieces that one can listen to dozens of times without getting bored, without finding moot points…

@Joaquin Mendoza: At least, this piece is not as difficult as Romantic Landscape… There IS a difficulty here, e.g. to play it expressively without destroying the tempo. Nearly – but only nearly – no rubato. Which CAN lead to a mechanical performance... Learned about this a lot while recording!

@crazy-old-bat: Well, kind of… Pattern-transformation, packed into a very short span of time… Since pattern-transformation was not exactly new even then, I tried to be as concise as possible, leave everything superfluous out, give only the most relevant results of the transformation process. In a way, I learned in Japan to get rid of the idea altogether... or so it seems to me now…
