CO/OP is a up and coming DJ DUO from Philadelphia whose music is strongly influenced by Electro and Progressive House. Ronnie Rose & Jon Janerich have known each other their whole lives. This enduring kinship creates an explosive music dichotomy on stage and a brotherly partnership, which is reflected in their music and opposing images. Ronnie started with a drum set & passion for beat. Jazz and Rock performance followed and his talent echoed into film, leading to conceptualized electronic music for original scores. Jon, the always present creative entrepreneur was at his side every step of the way and together they inspired the formation of CO/OP and work that has a dramatic & cinematic undertone. With recent exposure from GQ and Comedy Central, CO/OP is excited about the future and always inspired by their mantra, “life is nothing short of a party.” They have performed at EDC Orlando and 2012 and 2013 Ultra Music Festival and across the country as they finish work on their upcoming EP. Honored with a Blue Ribbon selection by the Collegiate Television Awards their solo pieces have been showcased in films alongside Loscil & Trentemøller from LA to NYC.
