Sugar Addiction: Sugar......for 6 months I kept clean and felt great. I do well for 2 weeks then some "occasion" comes around and BAM out the window....sugar is such a harsh addiction. I am talking simple things like ice cream or cookies and cakes. HELP!

Toxic Triggers, Uniqueness: I still do not know what foods are good for me and what foods do I need to avoid. There are a handful of foods that I have heard are not good for us but I do not understand why.

Breaking free of old patterns: I finished the Clean program almost two weeks ago and I am falling back in to old patterns, feeling less energy, gaining back a few pounds, etc. I almost feel like I need to start the program again even though I just finished! Any suggestions on getting back on track and not falling back into the old patterns. BTW, doing the clean program was one of the best things I have ever done for my health and it was awesome!

Eating clean at work: I work around food all day and am very suggestible... I eat things that aren't my best choices and then I feel remorseful. How can I break this pattern?

Emotional Eating: How do I stop snacking throughout the day? And how can I wait till I get hungry rather than pre-empting that hunger feeling?
