About

Part man, part spirit…part, erm, badger. Clarkside is an old-fashioned ‘musician’ often found wandering through fields singing random lyrics and plucking away at a crudely concocted lute made from a few rubber bands and industrial grade cardboard.

Like a minstrel of olde times, he carries his message on the airwaves, through the frequencies and usually upon deaf ears. A harbinger of fabled tales and misnomic oxymorons, his melodics remind us all of the subtle gentleness that life bequeaths to all of us.

No one quite knows when he was born, if he was indeed born and not created by man in some insidious laboratory accident.

With obvious influences from daytime TV jingles and the whirring sounds of automatons, it has been mooted that this man (if he is a man) may indeed be hearing impaired!

Clarkside   Wayne Clark, London, Britain (UK)
