Need a gift for a gifted musician?
We are a Surrey based 3 piece rock band currently writing and recording whilst studying Music Production.
Me (Jimmy Barnes) and Ben Redford started writing together a couple of years ago and with several changes in our writing style and losing a guitarist along the way, we have now found a sound we are happy with partly due to new inspiration in the band in the form of Stuart Irvine, a fellow student @Shockwave1 Surrey College.
Jimmy Barnes: I have been writing and producing music for around 10 years now, I began playing guitar and writing Metal and Rock as a teen and slowly moved to production where I began to make electronic music and classical/film score. After becoming friends with Ben and sharing a passion for music we decided to start a band, Ben bought a drum kit and we recruited a guitarist, another friend of ours. The style of music may have changed (for the better some might say haha) but I'm still doing the same thing, using my love for music to make songs I hope will touch people in special places ;)
Ben Redford: I have been making music both on my own and as part of a band since around 2009. In terms of my own material, I have mostly composed Orchestral or Piano songs, but have slowly branched out into making Progressive music since becoming an avid fan of bands like Dream Theater and Genesis. I have also composed rock and metal with my former un-named band. I am now focusing solely on Circadian Rhythm and am using my immense passion for music to "Create New Fashioned music the Old Fashioned way"
Stuart Irvine: I have been playing bass guitar for around 7 years now i started learning guitar at the ages of 14 , but changed to bass a year later because a m8 from college needed a bassist. I played in the punk band called Operation Breakdown from around two years before we broke up. After that i started to improve my bass playing skills and from this my taste in music change. Last year i met Jimmy and Ben , and finally found someone who had the same passion for music as me and with circadian rhythm i hope to make music that has meaning and that people can relate to.
