Although its the Summer season, this dreary London weather seems to have forgotten! To help lift our moods this month, we're touching base with an old friend who's causing quite a stir on the house scene of late and hailing from the "D" - but we don't mean Detroit, we're talking London's musical hotspot, Dalston. For our next CINEMATICPOD we welcome Kelly Sylvia.
For those that don't know, Kelly is a Boston native living in London for over 10 years, to date she has held residencies and banged to rights at venues such as Fabric, MOS, Turnmills as well as toured extensively from UK to Dubai and back again.
To top it off, she co-owns the impressive shejay.net ezine as well as churning out the heat this year in her Dalston-based studio with her original productions, as well as singing and running her own imprint S*mplified. This year looks to be her busiest yet!
