Steakhausen, begins with long sustained chords. The harmonies
move freely through dissonant and consonant textures. The movement includes samples attained while cooking a steak. The samples and synthesized electronic sounds intended for performance have been processed through a ring modulator in tribute to Karlheinz Stockhausen.
