Five Contemplations for Electric Guitar and Laptop

This piece was written using ChucK for handling audio. The samples are made using chopped up recordings of mandolin, acoustic guitar, and accordion.

Samples are triggered in three ways: from the pitch detected from the electric guitar, via a module I wrote for ChucK using wavelets; and via two contact mics, which are used as triggers. Three sounds can be played back at the same time, one from each of those sources.
