Chris got his first taste for DJing on the radio, presenting a dance show on his college station, Network 205. Inspired, he soon acquired his own turntables, a pair of belt-driven decks given to him as a 17th birthday present. A year later, and frustrated at their limitations, he made the fateful decision to turn his life and bank balance over to the noble art and bought a set of Technics 1210s.

Regular trips to visit friends around the country provided a focus for his wide-ranging musical tastes, which began to veer towards the big-room sounds of trance and progressive house. Forming Breathe with flatmate Dan Ling he soon secured his first residency in Brixton. This was to last almost three years and its success led to invitations to play at Smile, Mesmerize and Brighton’s Ning.

Not long after the residency at the Price of Wales in Brixton Chris and Dan decided to go their separate ways. From then Chris was to start to pick up bigger and better gigs around London which included playing at legendry clubs like Turnmills, Heaven & the Fridge. This eventually led on to being picked up by Russian booking agency Moscow Dancefloor Records which has led to Chris playing various gigs all over Russia.

In June 2007, after playing so many gigs for various promoters around London it was time to give something back and Inhale was born. Originally staring out as just a dance music resource website it spawned into a bi monthly club night attracting some of the best djs in the world which include Seb Fontaine, Yousef, Jon Carter and many more.

Chris’ sound continues to evolve and he maintains the open-mindedness of his early radio days. He likes good music, wherever it may be found, and his sets reflect this enthusiasm. Infused with a real passion for playing records they’re instantly recognisable as the work of a man who knows how to rock a party.

Now based in Dubai and working as a full time Dj & Producer you can catch Chris every Thursday & Friday night at Voda Bar on the Palm.
