ELECTRONIC MUSIC WORLD The Planet Is Music
This was written in Garage Band. It will have lyrics and stuff, once Jacqueline Carly and I figure out what those are, but I am kind of smitten by all the various little parts I came up with.

I like this synth. Reminds me of old '70s synth leads!

@Where Ghosts Sleep: Fun. I hadn't thought of that. Interesting.

Brings back so many memories of playing side-view shooter video games. I love it!

Awesome music. I especially like the end with only one note. Great work.

@ForOrchestra: Hey thanks! And you're right. It should get tidied up a bit. : )

i love this piece. could use some quantization (syncing the notes up on the downbeat. useful for when someone "live records" a track into the sequencer). I really like the feel. And it's in A minor - yay!

I would soften the drums from here out. They sound a little heavy until the more robust music comes in. Just a thought!

@Michael Blowers: I don't know Visage, so am now looking it up and thank you! : )

Oddly, strumming those "chords" on GarageBand was hard. : )

@JacquelineCarly: Thanks! tried to mix it up a hair. Have been a bit "lazy" with my drum work.

Good stuff Chris - I like the 80s-ish synth you used and the progressions are cool. Share the midi parts and I'll make an electronic version (in Ableton, of course :)

Does this sound like old Tangerine Dream soundtrack synths?

You know, I like Logic Pro and Ableton and stuff, but I find myself grabbing my iPad and writing into GarageBand often.
