Yep, d/ling this to listen in the car. Damn chris, you have these lush, ever-evolving soundscapes that blow my mind. And when the track is done, i open my eyes and realize that it was only audio. But didnt seem like it due to the intense scenes and adventure it took me on. Great job man.

A litlle bit Temptations in the background here. I like this tune and it´s "Philly"-mood!

nice work brother! if you messed around with the drums and created some interesting rhythms with them, you could have a really exciting journey here ... I got a very psybient vibe - kind of like Solar Fields ... if you haven't checked them out PM me and I'll send you some of their stuff.

i really like how this track feels like it is rolling out of that initial burst with the flute. it's like the rest is a rush of energies that finally come to rest towards the end here. lovely track mate!

As all of your songs this is a good example for a sophisticated ambient style. I like it very much. Interesting reprise here. For me as a hardware instrumentalist it´s astonishing what kind of music one can porduce without any hardware ...
- chris pettit on June 03, 2009 16:34
@Soundagentenori: Yes, not sure if this part really works, It was was supposed to be part of the story the track was trying to tell, that was the idea anyway. Thanks Andreas for your comment and interest.

Another nice ambient track. A little bit "Moondog" with those marimba sequences. I like the way you´re combining synth- and other voices. And I like that you don´t use the usual drum patterns ...

Great ambient music here Chris! I like it very much! Do you use soft- or hardware instruments?
- chris pettit on May 23, 2009 11:57
@Soundagentenori: I'm afraid to say I only use software instruments, I only have a tiny set up. It's one of my dreams to dedicate a room to add more hardware to my set-up. :)
