Written in response to "The Piano Cloud" Autumn Collaboration Challenge, 2012, By Kevin Pearson and Chris Jolley.

Kevin and Chris have been working on this together since mid - November, exchanging ideas and snippets of music as MIDI files and MP3s, as well as talking about musical tastes, and inspiration, discovering new music, and actually finding an incredible amount of common ground. Particularly in terms of an admiration for the work of Mike Oldfield and his myriad of various styles.

The original concept that we started out with grew from words to the effect of "let's do a piece about Autumn, since it's the autumn challenge".. to then quickly becoming "why stop at just autumn" - i.e. lets base it around all twelve months of the year to challenge ourselves, if we don't get there then never mind!

Well, some weeks later we seem to have done it, and we both hope that you enjoy it!

The piece evolves nicely and travels through several different genres of music inspired by our feelings for the twelve months of the year. We hope that there is something in this for everyone to enjoy.

Please consider sharing, re-posting, or Favoriting this if you enjoyed it.. or even better add a comment, because we really like to hear peoples feedback - it keeps us enthused!
