I've been making music on and off for 12 years, having created over 500 songs all by midi and interpreted with sound fonts.
I've been passionate about music since I was a kid. I draw massive inspiration from video game music, which I think is the most undiscovered, unappreciated source of the most amazing music of the last century. I also like alternative, trip hop and heavy metal, which can often come out in my music as well.
The vast majority of my music was made from 2001 to 2004 when I was going through massive depression. I put a lot of feeling into my music during those years and basically emotionally survived because of creating music I loved.
An unfortunate failure of a flash hard drive after only 3 months of owning it resulted in me losing most of my source midis for music I created in the last 8 years and also the soundfonts I had started to use in my later music. That has resulted in me making very little music these days (similar to quitting a game after a glitch results in massive lost time and effort).
I'm sharing my music on here in hopes that some of you may enjoy it or be moved by it. My music has been extremely guarded and personal throughout its existence but I've opened up as a person over the years and feel like it's time to share some of what I've been keeping mostly to myself.
