About
Chase Aaron was born December 12, 1993, Aaron Christopher Chase Johnson. Since a toddler Chase was around talented vocalists and musicians throughout the family. One of which was a well known blues guitarist by the name of Larry Johnson. Chase's grandmother, Deborah Winn would sing in clubs and bars throughout the Los Angeles area long before he was thought of. His mother, Tameeka Johnson sang in Fort Mission's church choir and enjoys covering such artists as Anita Baker up to Jasmine Sullivan to this day. With such examples around him everyday of his life, it would seem Chase's destiny was to become a musician. He started young, about the age of eight, on an electronic drum set he had gotten for Christmas. From that moment, he took music and ran with it. He then went from the drums to the guitar, to the clarinet, to the piano. It wasn't until his freshmen year of high school when he decided to take singing seriously. He would practice alone where no one could hear for a whole year until his sophomore year, when he decided to join the Rancho Verde Crimson and Black Chamber Singers. It was then that his potential was forcibly, yet willingly pulled out of him. His director and mentor Kelli Dower, along with her team of talented musicians Daniel Scott and Greg Nabours helped tone and shape the craft that would lead Chase in the direction of a bright future. Now, Chase has graduated high school and attends Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida to obtain a degree in the recording arts. While there, he continues his goal to be heard and have his presence acknowledged by the greats of the music industry.
