This is the next piece in the "Mississippi Sounds" recording project. The word "Mississippi" comes from the Choctaw Indians meaning "Father of Rivers". I wrote this piece with that in mind trying to capture the broad Mississippi River and get an overall feel for the state and its rich heritage. I hope you enjoy it.
