This is a fantastic track, but there's a little bit too much going on. The 'peep, peep-peep' could drop in the mix, or be cut without the track loosing impact. Definitely needs vocals, but headnod to the old school a-la Art of Noise/ESG rather than wonky-haircut nu-rave [shudders]. Love to hear the finished track soon! Hope the vox recording goes/has gone well! RobG

@telephasic: Yeah, I agree, I'm going to strip it down a bit when we do the vocals. Will post finished version when it comes.

i find there is too much "gekloeppel" ;) these rimshots! would be more darker if with less background noise.

    1. This is definitely giving me a pleasant flashback both to San Francisco House circa '99/00 & to some of the more jaunty teutonic stuff I've been getting into recently. Lovely!

Favorite on the page without question! Good to see you list it as Tech-House. So many like to define this sound as dub-techno, but miss the mark entirely. This? This is Tech-House it *should* sound... deep, floaty, feet moving and ass shaking. Get this out there ASAP!

@telephasic: Thanks! We haven't really thought about putting out these tracks, but you never know...

I like this track, though I maybe would have used a more up front breakbeat.

A melancholy disco track I produced with the intention of creating some new material for my band Easystreet. It will probably have vocals eventually, but I think it stands well on its own.
