Gabriele Cella is an italian DJ - producer- sound engineer (certificated at NAM institute of Milan) and graphic designer graduated at the academy of fine arts of Brera (Milan).

The debut of CELLA took place on 4 March 2006, when ,during a party organized by “Opposticoncordi”, he opened the scene to Phon-O and Meteo Dj, artists being produced by the Apparat'slabel Shitkatapult Records (Berlin).

Cella's music was born from the concept of spontaneous-experimental sound along with dance composition's influence. During 2006 he also started several project regarding Live Media Art and sound design research.

In 2007 he presents both in Italy and abroad (Berlin) his project "Zapping Music". The project consists in a complex real time manipulation of audio signal coming out from televisions wich are subjected to the frenzied "zapping" of the viewers....
Along with Zapping Msuic project he also collaborates with an otherBerliner record label “Digital Kranky”,where he sees the publication of one of his best track called "Ronald Mc Enfry" which is part of the release "Kraeka compilation Issue 7".

In 2008 he was asked to collaborate, by composing soudtracks, with one of the most important television broadcasting company from Italy:"RAI".
His knowledge about electronic - exp music as well as his needs to perform in front of a wide range of audience, has brought Gabriele Cella to create "12VoltParty" wich consists in live performances in opens spaces such as squares, tunnels, paks, etc.. with a compact and portable sound system.

In 2009 12v party's fame grow and it's crew starts hosting important Djs and producers such as Easy changes (Moscow), Phooka (Rome), Dilo (Buenos Aires) with which Gabriele Cella collaborates. In February he moved to London trying to find new inspiration as well as new collaborations, in particular with " Multivitamins - records" who produced his track "Lucky 7" on the release " MDV n° 13" ( available on Beatport).
