The State of Oklahoma is lucky to have Mr. Pettit as the State CIO. It is my hope that he will be with us in his current capacity with the benefit of his knowledge for many years to come. As a procurement professional I can say that it is very difficult for most people at his level to understand enough about details and practices to have the insight into issues such as this one in procurement.
