I found a nice double bass sound, a weird bendy guitar noise and wrote a quick and cheesy hip-hop loop to slap under it all. Then, lacking further inspiration, noodled a jazzy piano part over the top for 5 minutes, and this is the result - no edits, nd replete with plenty of wrong notes and duff timings all over the place (although I blame Ableton's autoquantise for not coping with my amazingly sensitive jazz timings for that, honest). Anyway, it's rough around the edges, but I wanted to make a note of the melody idea before I forgot it.
