Catalyst Music is a digital audio label based in the UK and exists to promote and release funk break orientated Drum & Bass from established artists and breaking talent based around the world. It was created in response to the lack of music labels that solely promote this style of Drum & Bass music and serves as a platform for those who seek or prefer an alternative to the mainstream sound.

The first release on the label comes in the shape of 'The Mantra' which fuses dark sinister atmospheres and a driving sub bass with the pounding drum break from the Funky Mule by Ike Turner & The Kings Of Rhythm. It is available as a free download in 320kbps MP3 format on this page and sets the tone and the benchmark for future releases from the label

So far, Catalyst Music is receiving support on the radio and on the club circuit from DJ's such as Double O, Mantra, Stranjah, Rumbleton and Sub - to name a few. The label would like to extend its thanks to those who are supporting the Catalyst sound and its cause.
