While Jamie Packer was busy lobbying the Aussie government for the green light for the building of a second casino in Sydney, Harris Robotis and Ric Sciarpa were buried deep in their Melbourne studio crafting what will be the year of Caseno.

Last year they tempted us with a slice of their coconut tree house via remixes for RÜFÜS, Parachute Youth and their first single, Sebastian, but this year, all bets are off and first up is the bold "Livin It Like A Lion." Wearing their influences on their sleeve (check Depeche Mode, Pink Floyd, Bryan Ferry), the musicality of Caseno is matched in equal parts by the production prowess of these 2 making this a late contender for some big summer love.

We got remixes too with YBC taking the Lion to the after party, Frames leaving this earth for a lil bit of space house and French newcomer Budju giving it a radioactive, tropical bass treatment.

"We Hunt The Sun" is a b-side in name only and cements these guys, in both attitude and music, as island dwellers of the best kind. They fun too and as a lil present, gave us the bonus cover they did of Mark Morrison's Return of the Mac.
