With their debut album “Soulless” CARPET ROOM throws a record onto the road, which is unparalleled. Peppered with melodic, sharp songs the album convinces everybody. Earworms are naturally preprogrammed! Already during the production, all participants knew: “This piece is the Sledge Hammer!” Already the Opener “Still Alive” shows the direction and captivates the hardcore Heavy-Metal-Fan from the first to the last song. The “CARPET ROOM EXPRESS” is racing with full speed on the old Rock and Metal track. Followed by the full on the target songs “Jet” and “Navigator” it is clear: The CD must be played to the end! The groovy rock song “Screamer” is also on board an invites you to scream along. Punchy riffs continuously whip around the listener’s ears and downrightly burn themselves into the ear drum. Only rarely it is calm, and if so, it is the calm before the storm.
