For the story of these musicians and their roots, please check out the exhibit "Soul Souvenirs: Durham's Musical Memories from the 1960s and 1970s" at the Hayti Heritage Center in Durham from April 19th through May 31st. "Soul Souvenirs" is part of Bull City Soul Revival, a project of the Durham County Library Foundation, made possible by a grant from the North Carolina Humanities Council.
