Brothers Luke and Mitch Thompson, after years of arguments and threatening to smash their guitars over each other’s heads, also known as ‘brotherly love’, finally decided to write music together and form an indie rock n roll group, along with drummer Tom Webster, Pianist Jack Mattison, and Bassist Louis Appleyard. Brought up in an old mining village in the heart of Yorkshire, they fell upon a sound with its heart and soul in traditional rock n roll, that has being described by their friends and followers as ‘Coal Mine Rock.’
