Carlos Morales is a DJ and a Producer who lives in a Mediterranean small town from Costa Brava called Canet de Mar. This has influenced his personality: fresh, cheerful, and sometimes dark; that’s the reason he tries to express all those sensations in one mixing to achieve a total felling with his public.

His father’s music was the strongest influence: the 80’s and 90’s, the beginning of our music. Carlos Morales’s first steps have begun when he was 9 years old, using a sound mixer and two radiocassettes. Then, he bought a better sound equipment and his way began as a deejay, mixing and learning every style of hardcore, trance, and progressive music.

After that, his style was changed by another more personal, sounds more house, melodic and tribal. He always tries to introduce his root on his sets to the enjoyment of the public. Nowadays, his seasons and productions are a mixing of house progressive style, influencing international and national songs, melodies and chant, tribal sounds, remember feelings, ..., everything is done by a really awesome technique.

His way as a DJ took a really big step when he participated in the “Expodeejay” competition, which was celebrated on Farga de l’Hospitalet (Barcelona) in March 2009, and he was semi-finalist of more than 400 deejays. Thanks to this, he started to be a resident in La Suite from Blanes with Sebastian Hanisch, the second one in Sala Buccaro from Blanes as well, where he shared DJ booth with Javi Always, Julio Leal or Freddy Lopez.

Carlos Morales has been in prestigious clubs as KGB Barcelona with Technolastics DJ, Museum Boys (all from BCN), Live Club la Raspa, Manaus, 7Dreams, (all from Mataró), Havana Blues from Blanes, Opium Malgrat, etc. Besides, He was the official DJ in Les Santes de Mataró festival and the guest DJ in La Dormida festival on Caldetas, where he shared DJ booth with people from OUI Factory (K-rlos Rikelme and Sergio Parra).

Nowadays, he is the resident DJ of Magna festivals in Lust Barcelona, one of the most important liven up clubs and a really reference and institution of house music from the city centre.

In musical production, he works with labels as Apsides, Comfusion, Huk and Selecta Group, being number one of top ten in sales with “Tribal People”.
