CARL BENSON common named BENJAMIN PFENNINGS
was born in the wonderful city of Duisburg
dated 20th of April in 1980.
So directly in the middle of the Ruhr-G-Beat
and further the new Homebase of the Lovepararde.
He always exhibited the right interest and
feeling for music. Before adventuring himself
to the turntables in 2003 he kept on playing the
drums since 4 years.
But his desire laid in the electronic sector of
music. His enthusiasm and passion for applying
the plates can be feeled during his gigs and
cheered himself in furnishing more about the
detailed techniques and intricacies.

The first time he appeared in front of the public
was at the event "ELEKTROLEBEN" at Duisburgs
Desperados in March 2006.
But his real manifest was gained in August 2007
together with his younger brother TIMM where he
performed with their common project "PENNY BROTHERS"
at the well-known Stylecharts.de DJ Contest - and
were placed second!

Since this time things quickly raised through the
ranks. Under the custody of Stylecharts.de director
ALE COLOMA they belonged to the most regarded guests
in Duisburgs Chism Club, which was known for
Tech-House, House, Elektro, but nevertheless for its
Techno Sounds.
Shortly before its closing they even performed during
Prime Time there.

Bookings followed afterwards in March and October 2008
for the event "FAMILIENFEST" in Düsseldorfs scene
discotheque "RHEINSGOLSAAL" further known as "POISON
CLUB". Because of huge resonance they were even booked
as Headliner for "GOLDRAUSCH" in October 2008.
But the biggest influence was given to CARL BENSON
and his brother TIMM during the "RUHR IN LOVE" in
summer 2008, acting as Headliner on the
"STYLECHARTS.de/POISON CLUB"-Floor, where they were
flashing the crowd with a gorgeous set.

CARL BENSON describes his own sound as "MODERN TECHNO".
He refuses to play a straight category - as he appears
very flexibly with regard to electronic style of music.
Never mind playing Techno, Tech-House, Minimal or
Elektro everytime he accomplishes to satisfy the
different taste of the dancing crowd!

All of his sets - which are continousely available
at his disposal for downloading speak for his enjoy
in work and everyone who knows him in person would
state that CARL BENSON is fulfilled with the drive to
expose his crowd and to incite them to dance!

The regional DJ CARL BENSON properly lives and loves
music. His listeners know and appreciate this fact!
Now he is trying to earn reputation nationally and he
has what it takes….
