Jens Wolf, better known as CANCELORE, was born in 1981 near by Chemnitz.
Already at young age, he started listening to his fathers music collection, which was embossed by Jazz and Bossa Nova or got influenced by his mothers love for Harry Belafonte. This laid the foundation for his deep sense of music, which you can hear down to the present day.
But also Techno, Hip-Hop and Punk'n'Roll played a big role within his musical development. The year 1995 was a turning point in his life where he mainly focused on techno and house music and started off producing. Dj-ing followed shortly after that and contributed to improve his skills and knowledge of quality music. Nowadays you can still find this slight breeze of jazz but also the roots of house music in his music style.

To sum it up: Its a bumpin' enjoyment just for your pleasure!

Currently he is working with Irland based DJ and Producer Stephen Austin as WonderKane which reflects his deeper side of house music.

CANCELORE, mit bürgerlichen Namen Jens Wolf, erblickte 1981 in der Nähe von Chemnitz das Licht der Welt. Schon früh kam er durch seinen Vater, der 3 Jahre in Brasilien arbeitete, mit Jazz und Bossa Nova in Kontakt; ebenso seine Mutter, die stets Harry Belafonte hörte, prägte seinen Musiksinn. 1994 hörte er das erste mal Techno, auf einem Tape, welches sein Bruder von seinen studentischen Partyreisen mitbrachte... Später galt seine Konzentration dem Hip-Hop und Punk´n Roll - beim BMX-Fahren immer im Walkman. Mit Anfang 20 kehrte die Begeisterung für Techno und House zurück und er fing an zu produzieren. Nicht viel später konnte er seine ersten Turntables und Mixer sein Eigen nennen. In seinen Tracks sind die frühen Musikprägungen allgegenwärtig. Über die Jahre hinweg entwickelte er ein feines Gespür für Sounds aus Detroit und Chicago und läßt dieses in seine Produktionen einfließen. Ob House oder Techno, stets ist eine Brise Jazz zu hören. Zur Zeit arbeitet er mit Stephen Austin (Irland) aka STEVE Austin an dem Projekt WonderKane - eine seiner deepen Facetten. Jeden Monat spielt CANCELORE auf www.deepvibes.co.uk ein zweistündiges Set auf dem Klassiker und Neues ihr Gehör finden...
