[collective]: 1. formed by collection

[klann]: 1. association of lineages which have certain interests in common, as organisation of marriage, land, common teritory, ceremony.....

The sound is a little bit Massive Attack, a little bit Beastie Boys, ROOTS, PROBOT even, and distinctly Australian. Based in Melbourne the [PROPAGANDA KLANN] make their headquarters and their hits in Melbourne @ Slamm Cell's BUNKER 29, 4/41, 35, although have moved to Bribie Island.
