Kamil Beneš, known as Camel, is a twenty- four years old DJ and Producer from Havířov.
He came across electronic music in 2005. He got into drumnbass through minimal house, progressive house, techno and schranz, which has become the music style that he stuck with. Nearly three years later, he came across gramophones and first records. He uses dark neurofunk, among his favourite producers are names such as: Billain, Noisia, Spor, Audio, BSE, Phace and others.
Not long after that, he met Equid, who introduced the basis of production to him and shortly after that he met Computerartist and Qo. Basshole crew (Computerartist, Qo, Equid) came to existence within the next six months, where he was included as the newest member. In the year 2010, Camel set up his own home studio, where he works on his own projects. Up until today, he’s released his first EP on the 1st of March 2011 under The Factory recordings in Georgia. The Gravity and Deep Impact are another two tracks, which were signed up with that release. In the near future, EP Cerberus should be released under the English label Overtech recordings. He works on collaboration with names as Kryteria, No Money, Computerartist, Equid, Qo....
