Cab Canavaral is one of the pioneers oft he viennese Swing/Electroswing Scene. He started to DJ in the year of 2007. He founded and hosted the „KLUB SHWING“ at Ost Klub. At first his sets contained traditional swing and Neoswing for Lindy Hop dancers. 2011 he digs deeper and deeper in the new and emerging genre called Electroswing. He was invited to join the team of www.electro-swing.com one of the most relevant website for this genre. His productions and remixes received very positive feedback. His remix „Bubba Don’t Forget your Rubber“ was released 2011 on the compilation „Electroswing Revolution Vol.2“. At the beginning of 2012 his remix of „Bart & Baker feat. Pierre Santini & Lada Redstar Allez Viens (Via Con Me)“ won the competition and will be released in April 2012 on an E.P. together with remixes of Enzo Siffredi, 6u5 and others.In his DJ Sets he combines his high musical knowledge with his skills as saxplayer. For this reason his DJ-Sets become a real live-performance!As DJ and Saxman he has played very sucessfull many places in and around Vienna (Ost Klub, Leopold, Rote Bar, Club 72(St.Pölten) but also abroad (Berlin, Dubai, Stockholm, Bukarest, Madrid)

He is the saxplayer of austrias #1 (Neo-)Swing Combo 5 IN LOVE.
End of 2010 he started to remix some recordings of the latest 5 IN LOVE album "Swing What You Got" .This was the kick off for several productions and mixes that followed. He founded the live project "Alpha Edison" with the aim to perform his electroswing tracks live.
November 2011 he set up his own radiostation: "Radio Klubshwing". It broadcasts 24h/7d 100% swing and electroswing! (www.laut.fm/klubshwing the url of the stream is: http://www.laut.fm/user/klubshwing/stream.pls)
