BurnE Maximilian was born in 1977 and grew up in a small village in Upper Austria. At the age of 7, he first got hit by the emotional power of music. Yet infected by the so called “music bug”, he started to learn different music instruments such as trumpet, drums and guitar. He even “clattered” into some keys. Over the years, he was then able to acquire important skills in music at the music school. But then, his pronounced interest for instruments faded unexpectedly as he discovered the universe of electronic music. That universe that was absolutely new for him became quite quickly a passion. He started to buy records and finally got into djing around 1993. His enthusiasm for dj-gigs lasted until 2001 because things were changing - in a bad way though. What took place at that point was a kind of disappointment, a sort of saturation to what’s the scene at that time. That led him to go back to his musical roots: the drums.
In 2008, called by some friends that wanted him back in the scene, he started djing again.
He then started again as a dj from January 2009 on and really loves it these days! It is an amazingly good feeling for him to see people happy with his tunes and losing control through the sound he plays… and this is just the beginning!... So, be prepared for some surprises!!!
