I call this project 'You Don't Have To Do This...'
I started this back on 1st September 2010, with the idea of creating 60 seconds of music each day for 100 days. I used samples and instruments (and lots of different media), and a variety of recording methods and techniques to create each piece. I wanted to experiment but also rock some ideas I'd been holding onto for a while, and also involve a few friends at various points when the main body of work had been established - I credit each guest on their respective tracks so definitely check them out. I'll be releasing the entire set of 100 minutes on a hand crafted CD box-set, the progress of which you can peep here:
