Back in our day, you’d head down to Our Price, Music Zone or Kaliedoscope Records in St.Helens and buy the latest short-player by yer favourite band.
After spinning the first track of the CD, you’d take it out, turn it over in a full rotation (360˚), pop it back in and play tracks 2-4... Those were the days... And every now and then, just maybe you’d chance upon a gem of a tune that no sane person in the world would pay good money for...
Which got us to thinking...
As our second album “Big Wow” (available 'old-skool' in all good record shops) contained no physical single releases, The Loungs’ collection of B-Sides sat in the dark unloved...
Until now.
Throughout 2009/2010 this collection of raggle taggle tunes/experiments/unloved children/litter runts were drip-fed to the members of our ever loyal mailing list and NOW they are available to you too.
