Bruno Sanfilippo | Piano Improvisation Live in Barcelona, 2007
Insolit Music Forum
Bruno has been a musician and producer since 1991. Born in Buenos Aires [1965] later moved to Barcelona.
He alternates between the exploration focused on piano and electronic soundscapes. Bruno Sanfilippo is a classically trained musician and composer who has been working for over 20 years. His gift for picture music is the common thread running through it, his earlier works sounding more like soundtrack music and his later works moving into more ambient realms, though still with a strong sense of imagery" Phil Derby Editor & Publisher Electroambient Space.
It obsesses itself with a search through different things - the amazing, the magical and the deep. In dreams, theres no imagined thing thats too absurd, too strange Bruno Sanfilippo's music comes from that inexhaustible and shameless source.

What I find interesting is how you periodically return to prior themes, almost note for note, as if it were a composition (but clearly it is an improvisation). You must have a terrific audio memory to achieve this - only rarely do I manage to return very faithfully to a theme I introduced at some earlier point. Fantastic work sir.

I've heard this piece of beautifull music once before: it was my heart saying thanks to love......(in a metaforical way)

Sitting here at home in front of the open fire, freezing cold outside, this is pretty perfect. Beautiful piece.
