Bio -
Since 2007, brothers Austen and Scott Smart have steadily been working their way up from novice DJs to respected producers. Five years ago, the London-based duo handed over a demo to a club owner and despite having no idea how to DJ (they brought their own decks to the club) they had their first gig a week later.
Today, after years of educating and immersing themselves in the scene, they make up Brodanse and seem to be on the cusp of great success. Aside from founding their own label, Danse Club Records [which holds nothing back with a ridiculous roster of artists inc. Matt Tolfrey, Oliver $ and Lauhaus and has support from Seth Troxler, Nic Fanculli and Foals], Brodanse have also been signed to Fresh Meat (Chicago), Fullbarr (Leeds) and Connaisseur (Frankfurt) with their remix of the mighty Kollektiv Turmstrasse!
