About
Whats good SoundCloud? I'm Eric. I'm 20 years old and a college sophomore. All these tracks here are songs i write or cover solely for leisure.
In these recordings, you will hear me play a mixed variety of electric guitar, bass, acoustic guitar, drums, and vocals. I do not play piano, although I would like to some day.
As you probably already figured, all of these tracks are free to download.
I intend to make no profit or publicity off of my music. I play and write for my own enjoyment, and hope to pass that on to you--for free of course.
So stick around, stay a while. Feel free to listen to your hearts content, until you're bored, or till your ears bleed. Any of these reasons for leaving my page are perfectly feasible (hopefully for both your sake and my own that the latter is not case).
Leave a comment! If you don't have an account, make one! they're free and it takes roughly 30 seconds to join.
Go ahead, download something! These tracks will fit nicely in your iTunes collection. I'm sure your computer has more than enough memory =P
Some facts about myself (musical and personal): I am a huge Rush nerd. I do not own any electric guitars, although that is my primary and preferred instrument. I attend Rutgers University in New Brunswick. I mainly listen to hard rock and progressive rock, ranging from about 1960 to 2011. I despise rap, but respect the message and mojo of old school rap, and even some new rap. I drive a 2004 Saturn L300. When I'm bored, I'm most likely playing guitar, or occasionally playing Xbox. I have a pet bunny who's almost ten years old. My own lyrics normally have a deep meaning both myself and the person who the piece is written about, and has a "submeaning" for those who are interested.
Quick note for trolls: I'm not a professional musician. These recordings are made in my basement through my dell laptop. I have a scratchy voice and have been known to miss a note, beat, chord, what have you.
In the words of the great Nuno Bettencourt: If you don't like what you see here, get the funk out.
Cheers,
Brinton12
