About

Brazed.
Hailing from the Hamburg / Germany this upcoming duo is the collaborational child of BadBoy Zoniy and Subtractor, serving a dangerous liason of high end, maximum Drum'n'Bass, clashing Dubstep bangers and hyper-tense Electro that's meant to electrify the masses no matter if in a club or rave environment, productionwise competing with and standing up to the big names and main players within the Stadium Drum'n'Bass scene.

Formed after a chance in-club meeting at a Drum'n'Bass show in 2008 during which Subtractor passed one of his own productions to BadBoy Zoniy they joined studio forces from early 2009, spending hours and hours in the zone, carving out their musical niche.

Not long after BadBoy Zoniy's remix for Ira Atari's “I Don't Wanna Miss You” was picked up for release by Hamburg Audiolith Records the first official Brazed remix appeared on the label as well, when the boys took care of “The Conqueror” by Fuck Art Let's Dance, turning the Indie-minded song into a storming piece of Drum'n'Bass. The result was stunning and caused some major interest growing in the labels headquarters to push this high potential project further.

And they did – whilst the Brazed rework of Matopé feat. Salome's track “Blinde Werden Sehen” was featured on the ZYX Music compilation “Worldwide Dubsteppaz” in 2011 alongside tunes by Ben Verse of Pendulum-fame and Dubsteps head honcho Skream amongst others their four track debut “The Remainder EP” was released via Audiolith in 2012 and is available through all digital distribution channels.

Remixes for the widely recognized Indie/Electro band I Heart Sharks and the new German HipHop outfit Neonschwarz were put in the sack as well as several DJ-gigs, the biggest to mention was their appearance at the 16th edition of SonneMondSterne festival that featured the likes of Skrillex, Camo & Krooked, John B and Dirtyphonics on the bill, too.

Their new digital single “Inner Planet / Low Orbit” has hit the circuit recently and their video shot for “The Remainder” is still hot on youtube amongst early adopters and rave-hearted junglists.

These supporters will be glad to hear that two more single releases are in the making at this very moment and a forthcoming remix for the german ElectroHouse-heroes Moonbootica to be released on Four Music / Sony will surely see them gaining momentum amongst a wider audience.

Whilst working on a proper live show for future performances Brazed are available for two- and three-deck DJ-sets all over the place, ready and willing to devastate places, destroy dancefloors and let party people turn bonkers.
