Looking for emcees and other vocalists to collaborate with.
I started making music as a bass player originally, playing in several bands over the last 10 years. I began making hip hop beats in my spare time around 5 years ago, but only more recently have I started focusing my attention on hip hop. With no active bands currently, I have had more time to spend on collaborating with various vocalists, creating instrumental songs, and remixing other artists' work. The music I make now often draws influence from both hip hop and industrial rock at the same time. Currently I am planning my first releases as a producer.
I create most of my music on my laptop using Sony's Acid Pro 7 and Propellerhead's Reason 4 for software. I use a Korg R3 and a Korg Kaossilator Pro for synth sounds and MIDI control. I also use a Korg KP3 Kaoss Pad for various effects and a Korg Monotron for crazy tweak-able sounds. As far as guitar and bass are concerned, I play LTD Vipers and record direct with a Line 6 POD X3 Live for effects and amplifier simulation.
