Bogdan Taran started radio activities in 1992, at that time he used to work for the first private radiostation and TV channels in Latvia, also worked for different newspapers and magazines.

From 1998 produce his own dance radio show "Dance Box", which from 2003 started to broadcast not only in Latvia, but in Lithuania and Estonia as well.
In 2000 he recorded a debut track "Tell Me" with a band Tune-L, which later was released on a first dance vinyl in Latvia with MicRec.

Since December 2003 Bogdan Taran started organizing different events in capital of Latvia under names Amber Muse, Dance Box Promotion, Club Plastilin etc.
In December 2004 Bogdan launched his record label Amber Muse. Artists who's productions and remixes were featured on releases are Magik Johnson, Christian Hornbostel, Alex Santos, Laid, RyRalio DJs, Derek Conyer, Nica Brooke etc.

From 2005 to 2007 he has dance music column in weekly "EN" in Latvia.

In 2006 he started independent radio producing activity. His show "Dance Box" along another Saturday night soulful house music show "Body & Soul House Session" went on air on Capital FM 101 in Latvia and in the world via Internet.

Bogdan participates at different parties and festivals around the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia). He performed at Fashion TV Baltic Carnival’s and on the main stage at Sun Dance Music Festival (Estonia) in 2002-2004, as well as at MN2S stage at Essential KnockOut Festival (Latvia). He booked to Latvia and/or played along with Pete Tong, Danny Rampling, Todd Terry, Seamus Haji, Bob Sinclar,Timo Maas, DJ Chus, Jay J, Sandy Rivera, Grant Nelson, George Morel, Joey Negro, Dennis Ferrer etc. Internationally Bogdan played in Russia, Finland, Belyorussia, France, Germany, Ireland, Moldova.

On July 15th of 2006 Bogdan Taran participated Baltic Groove Union float at the Love Parade in Berlin.

In 2004-2005, 2007 and in 2008 Bogdan Taran took the 1st place in Latvian DJ Top according djtop.lv poll. In April 2008 Bogdan received special prize from Latvian National TV & Radio Council for "Dance music development".

2008 saw Bogdan playing warm-up set for Paul Van Dyk performance, opening Sensation White show in Riga, taking 1st place in Latvian DJ poll according djtop.lv and launching English version of his "Body & Soul House Session" show at www.SSRadioUK.com, www.bragaradiodj.net, Hot FM in Spain.
From April 2009 "Dance Box" got wider broadcasting area on national radio in Belarus Radius FM and dance station in Estonia DFM.
