Brian Madeira began his love for aggressive music as the guitarist/lead singer of a punk rock band in Pittsburgh in year 2000. After finishing high school he was introduced to production and software D.A.W.'s while studying Recording Arts at Full Sail (Winter Park, FL). After graduation, Brian moved home to Pittsburgh in 2004 to work as a pro audio salesman. Here he began collecting hardware and software for EDM production. After attempting to produce electro-house and drum n bass, by 2007 he realized that dubstep provided the perfect tempo, rhythm and emotion for his style of electronic dance music composition. Supreme Selecta since released his 1st tune with Monkey Dub Recordings (Montreal) on the "Makak EP", also with Monkey Dub, he released his 5 track "Blasted EP". In June while attending a dance music producers meeting in Orlando, he met William Mitzlaff better known as "Scythe". Together they started developing the label concept which is now MUTISM RECORDINGS. Currently on their 9th beatport ep release, watch for Supreme Selecta and Scythe as they sign brand spanking new world-wide talent and continue to produce quality dubstep for the Mutism movement. Supreme Selecta can be found playing hype dubstep events around the greater Jacksonville and Orlando areas.
