David Bartholomeusz is a dance music producer from Melbourne, Australia. David's interests in Ambient Trance, Dance and Electronica, Classical, Jazz and Pop are all evident in his music. His skills in producing are as vast as his musical talent. A classical pianist and accomplished jazz organist, sound engineer and sound editor, David has the skills to make this job look easy.
avid is currently based in London, UK and after many years of international travel and engagements has found a home in this vast metropolitan city. His latest remix  "Believe Me" for Blu Mar Ten's Natural History Remix Competition gained him instant notoriety for his ability to produce smooth, infectious and ambient tones. Placing as a runner-up in this competition certifies David's ability to produce music at a level that is recognised by his peers.
avid continues to write electronic dance that spans many genres, with its roots in a cinematic, ambient, trance style reminiscent of Paul van Dyke and DJ Tiesto. Whether writing brand new compositions or developing remixes, David brings to every piece of music a sense of freedom, expression and enjoyment, making his music immediately likable, carrying the listener onto the dance floor and into another world of belief. Rhythmic bass lines, infectious melodies and dream inspired harmonies, his music will transcend you to another place.
David's other projects currently include a collaboration with Red Cherry Records and producer Gene Shill on a new release due early next year. A project spanning Electronic Dance, Jazz, Soul and Trance, a task capable of this well rounded producer and accomplished musician.
